‘The man of many characters’, actor Neil Gore, presents an Edwardian Magic Show with Magic Lantern and projected animation; political conjuring tricks and live music and song, as we meet the famous characters from the book and follow the events that surround the painters and decorators who are charged with the renovation of a large town house for local Mayor Sweater.
