Here at Region of Readers, we believe in the power of reading as a past time which can really help to promote positive mental health and wellbeing. We are pleased to share The Reading Agency's most recent list of 'Shelf Help' books for young people as part of their Reading Well: Books on prescription initiative.
Books on the list are divided into general health and well-being titles as well as books which address specific topics and issues which may arise as part of the ongoing conversation around mental health and well-being. Here’s a taster of some of the books on the list:
